　　1．通過(guò)伺服牽引裝置將鋼絲牽引到設(shè)定長(zhǎng)度，切割后將鋼絲輸送到打花工位進(jìn)行打花，可單獨(dú)運(yùn)行切線程序。

　　■加工范圍

　　產(chǎn)品加工外徑：Φ1-2.5mm（需要更換對(duì)應(yīng)的刀具與夾具）

　　產(chǎn)品加工長(zhǎng)度：Φ100－4500mm

　　產(chǎn)品加工精度：±0.5mm

　　產(chǎn)能：6000-12000件/班（與切割長(zhǎng)度和氣壓有關(guān)）

　　■特別說(shuō)明

　　可根據(jù)客戶需求定制加工1根或2根鋼絲，增減打花功能，并根據(jù)鋼絲包裝方式配置輪式放線架或散包裝放線架等特殊功能。

■ Equipment functions and features

1.The wire is drawn to the set length by the servo traction device. After cutting, the wire is transferred to the gardener for drawing. The tangent program can be run separately.

Product processing diameter: 1-2.5 mm Φ (need to replace the corresponding cutting tool and jig)

Product processing length: 100-4500 - mm Φ

Product processing accuracy: ±0.5mm

Capacity: 6000-12000 pieces/shift (related to cutting length and air pressure)

■ Special instructions

One or two steel wires can be customized according to customers' requirements, adding or subtracting the function of drawing, and according to the way of steel wire packaging, the special functions such as wheeled wire releasing frame or loose packaging wire releasing frame can be configured.
